So glad to have finally found ghee that I can get locally. Really love the taste and the, mild, nutty fragrance is definitely a bonus. I have used it mostly for cooking and baking. We categorically included it in our breakfast before starting a day of fasting and it has helped, my husband and myself, with overcoming the morning brain fog. Will certainly be purchasing more.
